Helping clients create a sustainable financial and quality of life future by making transitions in Real Estate from one home to the next.  This has become a bit of a passion that I fortuitously fell into!!

The past few years many clients have contacted me to say they must move.  Their current home may be multi-level and they are either requiring now, or predicting a single level need shortly.  Their home may be in an area that is hilly, winding, and difficult to navigate and park. They may desire a smaller home with easier maintenance. They may need assisted living, room for a caretaker, or want to be in closer proximity to family.  Some are growing families who have outgrown their home, and others changing families either through separation, divorce or death.  For many, it is a matter of financial security as they move to new chapters of life.  Some may have mortgages that exceed their ability and other debt that is challenging to maintain.  For some, this need to move is seen as a fun adventure, yet to others a sense of defeat and sadness as to why they are unable to stay put.

I have found that I can help my clients navigate these simultaneous moves with a degree of grace, efficiency, skill and emotional support.  The results are tremendously gratifying!
